How can I pay for the services?You can pay for your airport or cruise ship transfers in our website right when you book your service. Payment methods include Paypal and all major credit cards. If you require additional service during your trip you can pay directly to the driver with credit card of cash.

Do I have to tip the driver?Tips are not mandatory, but are well appreciated.

Do you operate at night?Yes! We can pick you up at any time of the day or night with a prior reservation. Last minute service depends on availability.

Where will my driver meet me?In the airport your driver will meet you next to the exit door of the baggage claim area. Once you are on the first level of the airport just follow the signs that say "Ground Transportation".

What happens if my flight gets delayed or cancelled?Part of our job is to monitor the incoming flights in case of delays, cancelations or early arrivals. We will be ready when you are.

How long will you wait for me?The standard waiting time is up to one hour after actual landing time. For example if your flight is schedule to arrive at 2:00pm but lands at 2:45pm we will wait until 3:45pm. If you need more time because of lost luggage or any other reason feel free to call or text your driver.

Do I go with other people on the cars?No. Our airport and cruise ship transfers are private services. When you hire us only you and your family/group go with you.

How many persons can you carry?At this time we can only serve small parties of 1-3 persons. If you need service for more people contact us and we will refer you to a colleague that has a vehicle with more capacity.

What kind of cars do you have?For the moment we have a mid-size car available that can accomodate between 1-4 passengers depending on how much luggage they carry.

Are you regulated by the government?Yes! Safety is our number one priority. Both our drivers and vehicles are regulated by the Public Service Comission and are inspected at least once a year.

Do your drivers speak english?Yes! Our drivers are fluent in both english and spanish.
